Furthermore the point is that we hold a lot of power in words we express we can hurt a lot people just by even using a commonly accepted sarcastic tone in speaking a sentence. People say it can be taken the wrong way but if the person listening only wants to hear negative things to nitpick and frame you and in turn victimize them self then they will take any even remotely negative thing you can and turn it back on you.
And that is the problem with our society, most of us hear what we want to hear, and the rest is just blocked off by the filter; and it just goes to waste because the brain was too busy nitpicking tirelessly on a useless point.
So the lesson is that we need to keep our mind positive so that we focus on the positive things in every conversation we have. And a positive mind comes from positive habits and positive habits come from a positive mind which in turn comes from having a clear set goal in life about which you desire the most.
Secondly and most importantly is the fact that you hold the power to influence others. You have the power to build or destroy a person's self esteem. That can sometimes even mean life or death for some people who at the lowest point in their life and are affected by your negativity which could be enough to convince them that life isn't worth living any more. This happens every day with young vulnerable teenagers being convinced by bullies that their life isn't worth living, and hence there are so many committing suicides.
So being careful with your words should be one of your main priorities.
On the contrary, you can see motivation coaches building up people from having zero confidence and low self esteem to overflowing with confidence and conquering all their fears, and hence achieving greatness.
