Your happy place

Visualizing your goals is possibly the most important step you can ever take towards success, aside from the obvious work that is required.

Each night before going to sleep ask yourself this: What have I done today to get closer to my goals? What work have I put in?

Each morning after waking up ask yourself this: What is my plan to get the most out of today? What am i going to do to work on myself today?

During your lunch break or before work starts, show up early, then take 15 minutes to sit down somewhere quiet. It maybe in your car or in a separate room, even in the restroom you can stand still with your eyes closed and imagine yourself being your future self.

Imagine how it feels standing there 10, 20, 30 years from now when you have finally achieved your end goal. Whatever it may be. Imagine and create a detailed visualized picture of what that life would feel like if you were in it right now. This is your happy place.

Anytime you feel terrible, saddened, depressed, pay just 1 quick visit to your happy place. If you spend 10 minutes each day building and detailing each part of your happy place you will have a full world where you can wander and explore for 10 minutes each day.

There are countless accounts of successful people doing these visualizations and using the law of attraction to their advantage and sooner or later they find themselves years later living and breathing in almost the exact same happy place except this time it is in real life.

Stay focused and stay positive. My life has changed so much in the past year itself, but holding onto the belief in my future is what keeps me going. My goals and my faith outpower the fears of failure and depression.
